As part of NSS, the group "Fantastic ten" conducted a programme regarding the "International Tolerance Day". The International Day of Tolerance is an annual observance day declared by UNESCO in 1995 to generate public awareness of the dangers of intolerance.It is observed on 16 November every year.This day was established to encourage mindfulness and faith in human rights.In an effort to encourage equality and diversity across the world.The UN year for tolerance was dedicated in honor of the 125th anniversary of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi. The theme of the day is "Tolerance is respect, acceptance, and appreciation of the rich diversity of our world's cultures, forms of expression and ways of being human".
The programme was started at 9:30 am to 10 am in the general hall. The programme was anchored and welcomed by Anjitha. Then Ashtami talk about the importance of the day. Parvathy talk about the theme of the day. Both parvathy and Nandhana presented the poster.
