MATH STORY TELLING DAY

We celebrated math story telling day on 25 September 2023. The programme was conducted in our classroom. The programme begins with a maths prayer by Reshma and team at 12:30 pm. Kunjulekshmi hosted the programme. I delivered a maths pledge. Our teacher, Mrs. Jaseena inaugrated the programme and talked few words about the day. Anjana told about the mathematician who introduced the math story telling day. Gopikrishna spoke about maths story telling day .Later kunjulekshmi told a small mathematics story of zeroes.  Freeda came up with an interesting puzzle that got us thinking.Then ashtami came with a small short story of maths. Quiz section was handled by Abdul Latheef. It was so knowledgeable.Reshma Sang a beautiful maths song. The song was rare and enjoyable. Simi brought up a clever game and tested everyone's intelligence. Akshara presented a video presentation about math story telling day. In the end, Jefna shared vote of thanks. The programme was ended at 1:30 pm. The programme was entertaining and memorable . The day was a new experience to all of us.

First week of teaching practice phase 2 had only three day. Teaching practice were started from wednesday. All these three day I reached the school at 9am and did morning discipline duty daily. In this week I comleted four lesson plans in. In second phase IX A was alloted for me. The student were so active obidient and responsive so I was able to manage the class and maintained the discipline. The first week was quite interestable.
