𝚂𝙲𝙷𝙾𝙾𝙻 𝙸𝙽𝙳𝚄𝙲𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽, 𝙳𝙰𝚈 - 1

As a part of our BEd curriculum we have to visit schools for five days called Induction programme. The main objective of school visit is to observe two classes of expert teachers, take individual classes and collecting data of school. Our college selected the dates from 27 November 2023 to 1 December 2023 for Induction. All teacher trainees get different schools for Induction. I opted my own School 𝙱𝙴𝙽𝙴𝙳𝙸𝙲𝚃 𝙼𝙰𝚁 𝙶𝚁𝙴𝙶𝙾𝚁𝙸𝙾𝚂 𝙷𝙸𝙶𝙷 𝚂𝙲𝙷𝙾𝙾𝙻 ( BMGHS), Kulathupuzha for Induction. Besides me, other three teacher trainees also selected BMGHS, Kulathupuzha for the Induction.

27 𝙽𝙾𝚅𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝚁 2023

We, teacher trainees reached the school at 9am. First we went to Head master's room and handover the attendence register to him. 𝚂𝚑𝚊𝚓𝚞 𝚖𝚘𝚗𝚎, the Head master of BMGHS, Kulathupuzha welcomed us with whole heartedly. He explained the rules and regulations of the school. He introduced us to everyone in the school. All teaching and non teaching staffs of BMGHS, Kulathupuzha welcomed us with a pleasant face. At 9.15am there is a prayer and bible reading for teachers. After the prayer Head master gave instructions to teachers about everything. At 9.30 am school choir team comes for prayer song. Pledge will be said after morning prayer. Then first period starts.We were given a room to sit.We collected required information from Head Master. Second period one of our BEd trainees Soorya from English optional get a chance to observe English class of expert teacher Sunil sir. Other two trainees also get a chance to observe sunil Sir's class. It was a nostalgic moment for me because I am a student of Sunil sir. On fourth period I got a chance to observe class of expert maths teacher named Jeena James. It was my first observation class. The class was so interesting and I learn few things about teaching. There is a noon meal Scheme in School. We helped teachers for serve food to Students.Sixth period we got a substitution in 10F. The interaction with Students was very interesting.It was a new experience for all of us. At 3.45pm the bell rang and the class ended. The school was well disciplined, everyone has to go from school in a line and teachers have been given the duty to observe it. After everyone left we also left the school at 4.00pm. The first day of Induction was memorable. We, four teacher trainees were enjoyed each and every moment in the shool.
